Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
