Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and limited production capacity (approximately 50 statues per day), orders require processing time before shipment:
Each statue is 3D-printed (approximately 5 hours) and hand-finished with premium gold paint (approximately 1 hour), ensuring quality craftsmanship. Processing time does not include shipping time.
You will receive an email notification when your order enters production and another when it ships with tracking information.
Note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. International shipments may experience additional delays during customs clearance.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipment. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
